What we collect

Your name, email, .sra name, profile details you choose to add (institution, domains, credentials, ORCID iD), the content you post, and basic usage logs needed to run the service securely.

What we don’t collect

Your password in readable form, your wallet’s private key or your recovery phrase. The server stores only an encrypted copy of your wallet that it can’t open.

How it’s used

To run the community, show your profile and posts to the audiences you choose, send the notifications you’ve asked for, and review Founding Fellows applications. Evidence you upload for a credential is visible only to you and the Alliance team.

What’s public by design

Your .sra name, wallet address and anything recorded on the Nera blockchain (badges and timestamps) are public and permanent.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove credentials, download your encrypted wallet and delete your account from Settings. Contact the Alliance team for a copy of your data.
